I Love Me Yoga!

This small class size is a slow gentle class bringing the focus to bring ALL asanas (poses) accessible to ALL, regardless of gender, age, race, ability, body shape or size. Providing a safe space where all bodies are celebrated, respected and LOVED. Great class for beginner’s!

Yin

Yin is a slow-paced Chinese style of yoga where asanas "poses" are held for a longer period of time(3 or 5 mins) in a relaxed, gentle way. Yin penetrates deep into connective tissue targeting the meridians "lines of energy" to release blockages, and emotional release. Yin the feminine, reflective and meditative yoga creates more flexibility.

Gentle

Gentle Yoga has a slower pace movement and a great relaxing stressfree class with more movement than a yin class. Teachers offer more instruction on how to use props such as the wall, blocks, blankets, and bolsters for support. Students will learn fundamental postures while being able to take the time they need to transistion into poses. Ideal class for seniors, pregnancy, beginners and students recovering from illness, injury or surgery.

Beginner’s Yoga

A slower paced and relaxed class. Made to fit those that are just starting a yoga practice or wanting a refresh. Designed to teach the foundations of yoga. Yoga terminology, breath work, and, asanas (poses) will be broken down step-by-step, presented with options for each posture. No experience required.

Beginner’s Yin

This Beginner's Yin is designed for those first stepping into Yin yoga. Yin is accessible to all but this class helps prepare the mind to learn to slow down and allow your body for a deeper stretch. A great class before our HIIT class!

Prayer/Meditation

A quick meditation infused with prayer. A special way to feel God’s message/ your intuition is to meditate after praying. Also an option to feel connection with community to pray for you if needed. Optional: Bring a prayer journal.

Candle Light Meditation

Join us for a mindful, relaxation into meditation. This class is 30 mins and you will be guided to a relaxation for the first 5 mins and then you will begin your personal meditation by candlelight accompanied by meditational music.

Strength and Flow

Strength and Flow offers sequences designed to help each practitioner discover their own power by making known postures new again. A class for all levels that builds strength, focus, self-awareness, and confidence. Perfect for anyone seeking a total body workout where proper alignment is emphasized.

HIIT

“HIIT” is a broad term for workouts that involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.
